Precisamente lo he leído hace poco.

Es un libro bastante fresco, por la idea inicial. El rollo del fantasma y cómo se deshacen de él no es tan brillante como el resto del libro; además, es cierto que se parece a Stephen King en el sentido de toda la parafernalia grandilocuente que rodea a los espíritus (los perros fantasma).

Con todo, es bastante emotivo y ágil, como decís, y tiene una parte final, una vez pasado el clímax de la historia en la cual demuestra consistencia literaria, contenido, no únicamente una cadena de eventos paranormales con resolución previsible.

También de acuerdo en que la historia prometía mucho al inicio.... Se va desinflando poco a poco, talvez con los años el King Junior consiga darle un buen cierre a sus novelas! Promete, ya que el terror actual adolece de nuevas promesas. :D
